Scientific Seminar - Sexual Deviation: Personal Freedom or Human Crime!

Under the patronage of His Eminence the Mufti of Zahle and the Bekaa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Al-Ghazawi, the Youth Committee affiliated with Dar Al-Fatwa Al-Bekaa, in collaboration with the Fitrati Team, organized a specialized scientific seminar titled: "The Return of the People of Lot" (Sexual Deviation: Personal Freedom or Human Crime). The seminar took place at the Faculty of Islamic Law in Azhar Al-Bekaa on Sunday, October 1, 2023, with the attendance of a crowd of young men and women from the surrounding areas and Bekaa's local activities.
The lecture was delivered by the Fitrati Team, consisting of Dr. Najwa Bannout, Dr. Wissam Taha, and Sheikh Fadi Rannou. They presented the dangers of the spread of sexual deviation on mental, physical, and intellectual health, as well as the history of the spread of the idea of sexual deviation. They explained methods of awareness and education, especially for the new generation, to counteract these ideas that contribute to the dissemination of this vice. The presentation also covered the approaches of ideological, feminist, social movements, and associations and their contribution to indirectly spreading these ideas and introducing them into the minds of our children and youth.
His Eminence, the Mufti of Zahle and the Bekaa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Al-Ghazawi, expressed his gratitude to the Fitrati Team for this valuable lecture that addresses the spread of vice. He emphasized that our societies are fortified, and we want them to increase in immunity through knowledge and awareness.
