The Mufti Al-Ghezawi congratulates the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on its National Day

We congratulate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its King, Crown Prince, and people, on the anniversary of the kingdom's establishment. It was Allah's will that the kingdom becomes a symbol for Muslims and Arabs, and the leading state in serving the Two Holy Mosques and the nation's project through generosity and leadership, thus it remains the kingdom of goodness and humanity.
In this regard, we affirm that the relationship between the kingdom and the nation in general, and Lebanon in particular, is a relationship of brotherhood and a fabric that cannot be erased. On this occasion, we express our gratitude to the kingdom for making Taif Agreement on its soil for the stability of Lebanon as a constitution, state, and people, in the hope that the kingdom and the sister Arab countries will continue to embrace Lebanon for its survival and embrace the cause of the nation, the cause of Palestine.
