The Mufti of Zahle and the Bekaa visits Martyr Rafik Hariri Park in Brazil

The Mufti of Zahle and the Bekaa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Al-Ghazawi, accompanied by the Lebanese Consul General in Sao Paulo, Rudy Al-Qazi, and the Vice President of the Islamic Charity Association in Sao Paulo, Mr. Youssef Abbas, as well as the representative of Dar Al-Ifta in Brazil and Latin America, the religious accredited Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, the Secretary-General of Dar Al-Ifta in Bekaa, Sheikh Asim Jarragh, the Head of the Expatriate Affairs Department, Sheikh Abdel Nasser Al-Khatib, and the Financial Manager of Dar Al-Ifta in Bekaa, Mr. Kamal Al-Din Al-Afash, visited the Martyr Rafik Hariri Park in Sao Paulo.
During the visit, the Mufti delivered a speech in which he praised the great achievements accomplished by the late President Rafik Hariri, may he rest in peace, recalling the historical stances of the late President. He stated that the late President was like the foreign minister for all Arabs to all countries in the world, as he traveled from country to country seeking to achieve security, stability, and prosperity on all national, Arab, and human levels. He prayed for him to receive mercy and forgiveness. They then read Al-Fatiha for the soul of the late President, may he rest in peace, and took commemorative photos on Friday, May 10, 2024.
