His Eminence Mufti of Zahle and Bekaa, Dr. Sheikh Ali Al-Gazzawi, concluded his visit to Brazil by attending the final honorary historic celebration organized by the Islamic Charity Association in São Paulo, led by Mr. Nasser Fares, Vice President Mr. Youssef Abbas, and representatives of Dar Al-Fatwa in Brazil and Latin America, represented by the religious delegate Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib. The event was attended by Lebanon's Consul General Mr. Rudi Al-Qazzi, Honorary Consul of Lebanon in Campinas Milad Khoury, Egypt's Commercial Consul Nashwa Bakr, Honorary Consul of Jordan Mustafa Al-Abduni, Middle Bekaa Coordinator of the Future Movement businessman Saeed Yassin, Metropolitan of the Orthodox Church in Brazil Damaskinos Mansour, Metropolitan of the Maronite Church in Brazil Edgar Madi, His Eminence Mr. Sharif Sayyid, Imam of the Muhammad the Messenger of Allah Mosque at the Religious Charity Association in São Paulo, President of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce Alfredo Khatib, Brazilian Deputy Mario Mureci, São Paulo City Council member Rodrigo Goulart, President of the Court of Audit in São Paulo Eduardo Tuma, President of the Union of Islamic Institutions in Brazil Dr. Mohamed Al-Zoghbi, and many scholars, association leaders, and businessmen from the Lebanese and Arab community in Brazil.
